British American Tobacco Costa Ricahas an exciting opportunity for a Finance Controls Analyst in Heredia
The objective of this role is to enable GBS Team to meet its objectives by providing control and analysis of different reports for Business Controls. As a part of this team, you will be able to contribute to achieving the business objectives and help the company to avoid risks.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Constantly look for diverse angles and perspectives to mitigate operational risk but also deliver process optimization
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to client needs.
- Maintains focus on customer service.
- Has strong analytical and process skills
- Work independently and autonomously, whilst effectively managing multiple tasks.
What are we looking for?
- Graduate or Student in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1-2 years of functional administration, accounting, or finance experience.
- Experience with SOX controls or in Accounts payables (Not required)
- Good written and verbal English communication skills required (B2)
- MS Excel advanced with experience in pivot tables formulations and basic macros knowledge
- SAP experience is required
- Strong ability to take initiative and self-start when necessary
- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
